Before diving into Balena Etcher, I would like to show you the table of contents.
Balena
Etcher is a simple flashing tool with a GUI.
It can be
used to flash most of the ISO files.
I
have chosen Balena Etcher because it is very easy to use, and it is also a
cross-platform application.
The
first step is to download the setup file from the official website of Balena Etcher.
The website
of Balena Etcher will automatically detect your operating system, but if it
isn’t correct then you can change your operating system by clicking on
this icon.
After
choosing your correct operating system, click on the download button to download
the setup file.
Double
click on the setup file to open the setup.
It will ask
you to agree to the terms & conditions of Balena Etcher.
After
reading all the terms & conditions, click on the “I Agree” button.
Now the
installation will start, it may take around 30 seconds.
Once the
installation is complete, you will see the icon of Balena Etcher on your
desktop.
You can
open Balena Etcher by double clicking on the icon of Balena Etcher.
The first
step is to open Balena Etcher.
You will
see an interface like the interface shown in the above image.
Click on
the “Select Image” button to select the ISO Image file.
After
selecting the ISO Image, it will automatically detect the installation medium,
but if it isn’t correct then you can change the installation medium by clicking
on the “Change” button.
After
selecting the ISO Image file & the installation medium, the “Flash!” button
will turn blue.
Click on
the “Flash!” button to start flashing.
Once the
flash is complete, you will see an interface like the above image.
